Registered Behavior Technician - Biloxi, MS

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification is required
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Previous experience working in school settings or with children preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and student confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data accurately to monitor student progress and inform ongoing interventions
• Support students with social, communication, and behavioral goals throughout the school day
• Participate in team meetings and consult with teaching staff and parents regarding strategies and progress
• Adapt interventions as directed to address the unique needs of each student
