Your experience and commitment will help create a positive impact, supporting students’ success in collaboration with school teams and an agency-supplied BCBA supervisor. This position focuses on hands-on delivery of evidence-based interventions and data collection, working closely with special education staff and families.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous school or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong observational, communication, and documentation abilities
- Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out direct behavioral interventions as outlined in individual education plans
- Maintain accurate records by collecting and reporting on student data
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies
- Communicate progress and observations effectively to the supervising BCBA
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive educational climate
