Your experience and commitment will help create a positive impact, supporting students’ success in collaboration with school teams and an agency-supplied BCBA supervisor. This position focuses on hands-on delivery of evidence-based interventions and data collection, working closely with special education staff and families.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous school or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
• Demonstrated skills implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong observational, communication, and documentation abilities
• Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out direct behavioral interventions as outlined in individual education plans
• Maintain accurate records by collecting and reporting on student data
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies
• Communicate progress and observations effectively to the supervising BCBA
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive educational climate
