As an RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with a kindergarten student, implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that support social, emotional, and academic development. Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Demonstrated experience delivering ABA therapy within educational settings strongly preferred
  • Understanding of behavioral intervention strategies, data collection, and individualized behavior plans
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting young learners in achieving their goals

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA interventions and behavioral supports as outlined in the student’s individualized plan
  • Monitor, track, and report progress, adjusting approaches with guidance as necessary
  • Collaborate with classroom staff and special education professionals to maintain consistency
  • Assist the student in achieving behavioral, academic, and social milestones
  • Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement throughout daily routines
