Step into a dynamic full-time role as a Registered Behavior Technician and provide dedicated 1:1 support to a kindergarten student in the greater Boston, MA area. This contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and extends through June 18th, 2026, with the potential for renewal. Your expertise as an RBT will help foster a supportive, positive learning environment tailored to the unique needs of your student.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience working with young children in educational or therapeutic settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a kindergarten-aged student throughout the school day
- Follow the behavior intervention and support plans as developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and document data on the student’s progress and behaviors
- Regularly communicate observations and report progress to the supervising BCBA and educational staff
- Support the child’s social, emotional, and academic development in the classroom
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and engagement
