Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience supporting students in grades K-12 preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and collect data accurately
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and support staff
  • Genuine passion for supporting children and adolescents with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students as prescribed by board-certified behavior analysts
  • Collect reliable data on student behaviors and progress during interventions
  • Work closely with other educational professionals to ensure consistent support plans across school settings
  • Use proactive, positive reinforcement techniques to foster student growth and independence
  • Adapt behavioral strategies to individual student needs and learning styles within classroom and campus environments
  • Participate in team meetings to review progress and update support plans as needed
