Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12
• Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Skilled at providing 1:1 support to students with diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation abilities
• Collaborative approach when working with teachers, support staff, and families
• Adaptable, patient, and committed to fostering student success

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored behavioral interventions based on students’ individualized plans
• Work 1:1 with students, guiding them towards social, academic, and behavioral goals
• Collect and record data to monitor progress and help modify strategies as needed
• Implement crisis de-escalation techniques when appropriate
• Communicate updates and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families
• Support classroom instructors with strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
