Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience supporting students in Grades K–12 preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in educational settings
  • Strong skills in data collection, behavior intervention, and individualized support
  • Ability to work effectively in a 1:1 setting with students exhibiting diverse behavioral needs
  • Clear communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliability, flexibility, and professional integrity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to assigned students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement behavior support plans tailored to students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
  • Accurately collect and report behavioral data to measure student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school staff to ensure cohesive support
  • Assist students with social, emotional, and academic skills to enhance classroom participation
  • Maintain organized records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Adapt strategies and interventions based on students’ evolving needs
