Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience supporting students in Grades K–12 preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in educational settings
- Strong skills in data collection, behavior intervention, and individualized support
- Ability to work effectively in a 1:1 setting with students exhibiting diverse behavioral needs
- Clear communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliability, flexibility, and professional integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to assigned students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavior support plans tailored to students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Accurately collect and report behavioral data to measure student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school staff to ensure cohesive support
- Assist students with social, emotional, and academic skills to enhance classroom participation
- Maintain organized records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adapt strategies and interventions based on students’ evolving needs
