Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or comparable paraprofessional experience
• Completion of the RBT initial course, or several years working directly with students exhibiting intensive behavioral needs
• Active CDE or COOL license required
• Strong ability to adapt to varied school settings and student populations
• Confident communicator and team collaborator, able to work flexibly between multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support and interventions for K-12 students as assigned
• Collaborate closely with other educators, school staff, and support teams to implement effective behavior management strategies
• Assist in developing and maintaining behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and document behaviors and outcomes
• Adjust approaches as needed to suit unique classroom and individual needs
