As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll have the chance to make a positive impact, either as a floating support across grade levels or working 1:1 with a student in a collaborative classroom with experienced colleagues.

Your role will emphasize direct engagement, positive behavior interventions, and close teamwork with educators and support staff. Each day brings variety, growth, and the satisfaction of seeing students progress with your guidance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Active CDE or COOL license
  • At least 2 years of RBT experience in a school environment
  • Experience working with K-12 students, including 1:1 support and/or classroom interventions
  • Adaptability and collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Do:

  • Provide evidence-based behavioral support to K-12 students in inclusive and specialized settings
  • Foster positive student interactions and help implement individual behavior plans
  • Work closely with another RBT and paraprofessional in the classroom
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school teams to ensure consistency and support
  • Track student progress and contribute to team meetings and planning
