Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Boulder, Colorado

This contract role is designed for a dedicated professional with a background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and experience in special education. Work alongside an engaging team that includes two full-time paraeducators, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational and Physical Therapists (OT/PT), and school psychology/social work support.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Minimum of one year of classroom experience required
• Must possess, or be actively in the process of obtaining, a valid CDE license (applications cannot be processed for those with only TEE eligibility)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate as a flexible, effective team player
• Required to provide a copy of an active CDE license or verification via COOL with resume submission

Responsibilities:

• Support a classroom at Manhattan Middle School with approximately 10 students, including the assistance of peer mentors and paraeducators
• Deliver behavioral and academic interventions as outlined by individualized plans, in coordination with multidisciplinary team members
• Collect data, document student progress, and communicate outcomes to the team and families as appropriate
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment and encourage peer engagement
• Adapt to the evolving needs of students and contribute to the continuous improvement of support strategies

This is a full-time, onsite position following a traditional academic schedule, with workdays totaling 37.5 hours per week, including paid and unpaid lunch breaks.
