Desired Qualifications:

• Active and current RBT credential
• Experience working with children, particularly in school or pediatric settings
• Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and interventions
• Ability to collect and record data accurately and consistently
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, therapists, and families
• Adaptable, patient, and detail-oriented mindset
• Must pass background screening and meet all state and district requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Work directly with students to encourage positive behavioral skills and reduce problematic behaviors
• Record observations and maintain precise documentation for each session
• Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with school staff and clinicians
