Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Recent experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication skills both with students and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
- Reliable, flexible, and collaborative mindset for school-based services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students as guided by BCBA and IEP requirements
- Accurately collect and record data on student behavior and intervention progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of support strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, staff, and supervisors regarding student progress and needs
