Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Recent experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication skills both with students and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
  • Reliable, flexible, and collaborative mindset for school-based services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students as guided by BCBA and IEP requirements
  • Accurately collect and record data on student behavior and intervention progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of support strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, staff, and supervisors regarding student progress and needs
