Middle School High School Registered Behavior Technician in Brandon, VT

Qualifications:

• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Experience delivering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable working with students at multiple grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments
• Skilled at building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries with students and staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral support to assigned students in 1:1 settings across a variety of school environments
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavioral incidents
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents to promote students’ social and academic success
• Deliver proactive interventions and teach replacement behaviors to help students achieve their goals
• Adhere to ethical standards and uphold confidentiality at all times
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development as required
