1:1 Elementary Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Brandon, VT

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably in elementary, middle, and/or high school
• Background in providing 1:1 behavioral interventions or support to children or adolescents
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or licensed specialist
• Reliability, adaptability, and a compassionate approach toward students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students following behavior intervention plans
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data during sessions
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and supervising BCBAs to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
• Participate in training and professional development related to behavioral strategies and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive school atmosphere
