1:1 Middle School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Brandon, Vermont

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Comfort interacting with students individually (1:1) across various age groups
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a supportive, positive environment for students

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention and support to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
• Follow outlined plans to reinforce positive behaviors, social skills, and academic engagement
• Collect and monitor data to track student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and BCBA supervisors
• Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of each student, ensuring inclusivity and understanding
