Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Comfort interacting with students individually (1:1) across various age groups
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining a supportive, positive environment for students
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention and support to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Follow outlined plans to reinforce positive behaviors, social skills, and academic engagement
- Collect and monitor data to track student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and BCBA supervisors
- Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
- Adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of each student, ensuring inclusivity and understanding
