Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably in elementary, middle, and/or high school
- Background in providing 1:1 behavioral interventions or support to children or adolescents
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or licensed specialist
- Reliability, adaptability, and a compassionate approach toward students of diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students following behavior intervention plans
- Accurately collect and record behavioral data during sessions
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and supervising BCBAs to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
- Participate in training and professional development related to behavioral strategies and best practices
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive school atmosphere
