As a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll play an essential part in supporting students with autism and related developmental disabilities in an elementary setting through evidence-based ABA therapy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
  • High school diploma or GED is necessary; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with children is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license if travel is necessary
  • Ability to meet state requirements and successfully pass a background check

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children, helping them acquire new skills and manage behaviors
  • Implement personalized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Accurately collect session data and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in developing and carrying out strategies for behavior reduction
  • Effectively collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Attend scheduled supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings
  • Demonstrate professionalism while upholding strict ethical standards
