Registered Behavior Technician in Bremerton, WA

As a valued member of a collaborative clinical team, you'll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to students with autism and related developmental needs, working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to elementary-aged children with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior interventions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect session data and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing trainings, supervision, and team meetings to enhance your professional growth.
• Uphold professionalism and adhere strictly to ethical standards at all times.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience working with children is an asset but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if travel is necessary).
• Must pass a background check and meet all state regulatory requirements.
