What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience in behavior support, particularly within school environments, is highly valued.
• Prior work in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in aggressive caseloads or CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is highly desirable, especially for the Life Skills support role.
• Capacity to provide effective 1:1 support in dynamic classroom settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families.
• Flexibility and professional dedication to support diverse student populations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions, primarily to students in an elementary behavior classroom and Life Skills classroom across campuses.
• Provide targeted support to students with challenging or aggressive behaviors, employing evidence-based strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to develop and follow specific behavior support plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress and interventions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and social development.
• Adapt to changing schedules and student needs across classrooms as required.
