An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a contract position supporting students in a school environment near Brewton, AL. Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school, clinical, or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to collect data, follow behavior intervention plans, and adapt to dynamic educational settings
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, following individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect accurate data on student behaviors and communicate findings to supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or special education staff
  • Support teachers and classroom staff with implementing ABA interventions and strategies
  • Participate in team meetings to review student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Foster skill development, independence, and positive social interactions in students
