Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral support in school or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans as outlined by BCBA or supervising staff
  • Excellent communication abilities with students, families, and school personnel
  • Flexibility and a collaborative approach to adapting strategies as student needs change
  • Strong organizational skills to document data and track student progress

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students, following plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect accurate, detailed data on assigned students' behaviors and responses to interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators to ensure a positive, consistent experience for each student
  • Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and appropriate classroom behaviors
  • Communicate regularly with both supervisory staff and family members, sharing updates and recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development as required
