Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience delivering ABA services, particularly in school or pediatric settings
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, specialists, and family members
• Organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines
• Willingness to support diverse student populations and adapt to their needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior intervention under BCBA supervision
• Collect data on student behavior and skill development
• Document daily session notes and progress
• Collaborate with instructional staff and support teams to reinforce individualized plans
