Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience delivering ABA services, particularly in school or pediatric settings

- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, specialists, and family members
- Organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior intervention under BCBA supervision
- Collect data on student behavior and skill development
- Document daily session notes and progress
- Collaborate with instructional staff and support teams to reinforce individualized plans
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
- Foster a supportive and positive learning environment
