Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Previous experience providing behavioral support in school environments preferred
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to collect and document behavioral data accurately
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Adaptability and compassion when working with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA-based interventions under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress toward individualized goals
  • Collect, record, and summarize student data with attention to detail
  • Assist with classroom management, including supporting teachers and staff with proactive strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress with school professionals and caregivers
  • Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
