Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational, behavioral health, or therapeutic environments
  • Proficiency in implementing ABA strategies and individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and caregivers
  • Strong observational and data collection abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions to students individually or in a small group setting
  • Collect, record, and report on data regarding student progress and behaviors as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and therapists
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student development
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices in accordance with RBT standards
