Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior plans
  • Collect accurate and timely data on student behaviors and interventions
  • Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to support student development
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to create a consistent support network
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on student progress
  • Maintain documentation according to school and regulatory standards
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere for all students
