Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational, behavioral health, or therapeutic environments
- Proficiency in implementing ABA strategies and individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and caregivers
- Strong observational and data collection abilities
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a compassionate approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions to students individually or in a small group setting
- Collect, record, and report on data regarding student progress and behaviors as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and therapists
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student development
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices in accordance with RBT standards
