Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location Near: Bridgeport, CT
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Pay: $25-30/hour

Requirements: 

• Active RBT Certification

• School-based experience is preferred

• High School Diploma

Job Details:

• Caseload: Elementary 

• Full-time: 32 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement behavior plans effectively

• Receive supervision from the District Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors, responses to treatment, and progress towards goals.

• Assist in conducting behavior assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become registered before the start of the position

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with children with autism is preferred

• Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic educational environment
