We are in search of a qualified and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join a school near the Bridgeport, CT area. This full-time positions entails working 1:1 with a student and with a supportive educational team. Apply to be a part of a team to help student(s) become the best versions of themselves!
Position Details:
• Fulltime: 33-40 hours, guaranteed, per week
• Start-date: as soon as possible
• End-date: June 11, 2027
Key responsibilities:
• Working 1:1 with a student
• Be able and confident with working with mild-severe behaviors
• Support students' needs and help keep them on track with their individualized behavior plan
• Update and report behaviors/progress
Requirements and Experience:
• Must have RBT certificate
• School-based or pediatric experience
• Experience with mild-severe behaviors and conditions

Compensation for this role can be between $24-$30 per hour. Compensation is based on experience and location.
