Soliant Education is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, school-based positions in Stratford, Connecticut.

Full-Time

Onsite, school-based position

Multiple openings available

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support to students throughout the school day.

Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies based on individual student needs.

Support students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional goals.

Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress.

Utilize appropriate behavior management and de-escalation strategies.

Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and other members of the school team.

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

Experience working with students with behavioral or special education needs preferred.

School-based experience is a plus.

Strong behavior management and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and behavioral support staff.
