Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Current CDE or COOL license
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with students exhibiting mild to moderate behavioral needs
  • Prior experience in an educational or school setting, particularly with elementary-aged children
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement individualized behavior plans
  • Record and monitor student progress and behavior throughout each session
  • Engage positively with students using evidence-based practices to encourage growth and development
  • Maintain professional documentation in line with school and district standards
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school atmosphere

Position Highlights:

  • Contract spanning the academic year (8/10 – 5/21/27)
