Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in both Boulder and Superior, Colorado. This highly valued role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference on a daily basis in a school environment, working with students across K–12 grades. You’ll work onsite, supporting either a floating caseload across campuses or providing dedicated 1:1 assistance at the elementary level alongside another RBT and paraeducator.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Active CDE or COOL license
  • At least 2 years of experience working with students in a school setting, specifically providing behavioral support
  • Familiarity with data collection, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to nurturing a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support and intervention under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support students in managing behaviors and achieving IEP or behavior plan goals
  • Collect and report data to measure student progress
  • Collaborate closely with educators and staff, offering insights on behavioral strategies
  • Assist with transition times and classroom routines to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required

This role offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week (accounting for unpaid lunches). Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students thrive academically and socially. You’ll work collaboratively while gaining invaluable experience and deepening your impact in educational settings.
