Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Brighton, Colorado

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students with autism as an experienced Registered Behavior Technician. This onsite, contract position provides the opportunity to facilitate positive change in an intensive learning center. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RBT credential, or previously RBT certified (not currently seeking supervision)
• Minimum of two years in a public school special education classroom setting required; experience in non-school facilities cannot be substituted
• Reliable transportation for consistent onsite attendance
• Flexible, collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
• Comfort working under the guidance of both the Principal and Special Education Director
• Genuine desire to support elementary students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support daily programming within an intensive learning center serving students with autism at the elementary level
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection as directed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to foster a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Participate in required staff training (2-3 days throughout the year)
• Maintain punctuality and dependability for a consistent schedule (Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
