Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Bristol, New Hampshire

This full-time, contract role is based near Bristol, NH, serving diverse student caseloads across elementary and middle school settings from August 2026 through June 2027. Qualifications:

• Valid and active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational or behavioral settings
• Understanding of ABA methodologies and data collection procedures
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to work the full academic calendar (August 2026 – June 2027)
• Flexibility to support both elementary and/or middle school students as needed

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Support students in academic and behavioral activities in both classroom and small group settings
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Contribute proactively to the IEP process as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
