Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Previous experience supporting students in grades K–12 is highly valued
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Enthusiastic communicator adept at working closely with teachers, therapists, and families
- Patient, compassionate approach with a commitment to student-centered support
- Organized and adaptable, able to adjust strategies to meet individual needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, individualized behavioral interventions on a 1:1 basis to students in various grade levels
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to help develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior, ensuring regular documentation and communication with the educational team
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors and daily academic participation
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on student programming
- Adapt approaches and activities to align with each student’s unique goals and abilities
