Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working within school settings, supporting students in grades K–12
• Ability to effectively manage one-on-one sessions with students exhibiting a range of learning and behavioral needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility, empathy, and patience in fast-paced or evolving classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students, helping them achieve individualized goals
• Implement prescribed behavioral intervention plans as developed by supervising clinicians
• Collect, organize, and report data on student progress and behaviors
• Foster positive relationships and effective communication with students, teachers, and support staff
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to maintain the highest quality of care
