Grades K - 5 Grades 6 - 8 Registered Behavior Technician in Brookline, MA

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience supporting students in grades K–12 is highly valued
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Enthusiastic communicator adept at working closely with teachers, therapists, and families
• Patient, compassionate approach with a commitment to student-centered support
• Organized and adaptable, able to adjust strategies to meet individual needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, individualized behavioral interventions on a 1:1 basis to students in various grade levels
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to help develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior, ensuring regular documentation and communication with the educational team
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors and daily academic participation
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on student programming
• Adapt approaches and activities to align with each student’s unique goals and abilities
