Exciting opportunities await skilled professionals passionate about supporting student success in a dynamic school-based environment near Broomfield, CO! Two full-time contract positions are available for motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ready to make a significant impact on student achievement and well-being.

You’ll be working onsite, with one position offering the chance to support an intensive classroom at the high school level (note: no BCBA supervision in this setting), while the other provides a flexible floater assignment across various school needs. Expect to work 35 hours per week (full-time with two and a half unpaid hours for lunch).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Completion of RBT training (active RBT certification not required at this time)
  • At least two years of recent experience working with students in a school setting
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and caseloads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in implementing behavior intervention strategies independently
  • Strong organizational habits and dependable follow-through

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions and support to students, either in classroom settings or as a floater
  • Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Collect and document data on student progress and interventions
  • Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Advocate for student independence and inclusion
