Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Broomfield, Colorado

As an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide essential classroom support in an inclusive environment, ensuring students benefit from your expertise with evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your dedication will help create a positive and engaging learning experience for students who thrive with compassion, structure, and specialized support.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active or previously certified RBT credential (not in training; no BCBA supervision provided)
• Minimum two years of public school special education classroom experience (private or training facility backgrounds not considered for this requirement)
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to function as a flexible team player
• Reliable transportation to and from the on-site location
• Passion for working with students who are on the autism spectrum

Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with educators to implement behavior intervention plans
• Offering hands-on support for students during school hours (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., student attendance days only)
• Documenting progress and communicating regularly with the educational team
• Participating in 2–3 annual trainings to remain at the forefront of best practices
• Working one-on-one or in small groups within the learning center
