Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering instructional, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to students in classroom and 1:1 settings
- Assisting with classroom activities, routines, and transitions
- Implementing behavior intervention strategies and individualized student support plans
- Supporting positive student engagement and active participation
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and administrators to optimize student success
- Helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience in a school, ABA, behavioral health, or related support setting
- CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or strong de-escalation skills (preferred)
- Current or previous RBT certification (a plus)
- Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team
- A dependable, patient, and adaptable approach
- Genuine passion for assisting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
