Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering instructional, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to students in classroom and 1:1 settings
• Assisting with classroom activities, routines, and transitions
• Implementing behavior intervention strategies and individualized student support plans
• Supporting positive student engagement and active participation
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and administrators to optimize student success
• Helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience in a school, ABA, behavioral health, or related support setting
• CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or strong de-escalation skills (preferred)
• Current or previous RBT certification (a plus)
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team
• A dependable, patient, and adaptable approach
• Genuine passion for assisting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
