We currently have openings for experienced RBTs to work in two focused environments:
- Elementary behavior support
- Cross-campus support, specifically for Life Skills classrooms and more intensive behavioral needs (experience with CPI or managing aggressive caseloads is highly valued for this role)
Assignments begin as soon as possible and extend through the remainder of the school year, with the strong possibility of renewal and opportunities for summer work. Schedules typically follow a 7:15am to 3:30pm school day, offering a consistent routine.
Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Previous behavioral support experience required; school-based experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skill in de-escalation and supporting students with challenging behaviors
- CPI training or similar crisis intervention expertise is a plus, especially for Life Skills and aggressive caseload roles
- Ability to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
In this position, you’ll:
- Provide dedicated one-on-one or small group behavioral support
- Collaborate closely with special education and classroom staff
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Assist in both elementary behavior classrooms and Life Skills environments
- Document and report student progress
