Make a difference in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting elementary, middle, and high school students. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic environment, with positions focused on elementary behavior support as well as cross-campus/Life Skills support for students with more intensive behavioral needs. Assignments begin as soon as possible and run through the remainder of the school year, with a strong potential for renewal and the option to continue into summer work.

Ideal candidates have strong RBT credentials and direct experience in behavioral settings, particularly when working with school-age children. Experience handling more aggressive caseloads or current CPI training is highly valued for Life Skills support.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Experience supporting students with behavioral or special needs, especially in 1:1 or small group settings
  • CPI training or experience with aggressive caseloads is preferred for Life Skills/classroom support
  • Ability to adapt and communicate effectively across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Position Details:

  • Roles include supporting elementary behavior classrooms and Life Skills classrooms for students with varying behavioral challenges
  • Schedules typically run from 7:15am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday; slight variations may occur by assignment
  • Cross-campus assignments may require flexibility between locations
