What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience in school settings is a plus—though RBT/behavioral experience is most critical
• Experience or confidence working 1:1 and with varied age groups (elementary, middle, high school)
• CPI certification and/or experience with aggressive caseloads is highly preferred, especially for Life Skills assignments
• Comfortable supporting multiple grade levels and adapting to diverse student needs

In This Role, You Will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support and instruction
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and support teams to implement behavior intervention plans
• Assist in a dedicated elementary behavior classroom and contribute across campus to Life Skills programming
• Apply evidence-based behavioral strategies to help students reach their academic and personal goals
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate actively in team meetings
