Registered Behavior Technician in Bunkie, LA

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
• Background in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with working across PreK–12 populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Track and document student progress and behavioral data consistently
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Support a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
