Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience providing ABA services in a school or clinical setting preferred
- Understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
- Ability to patiently manage challenging behaviors and adapt strategies as needed
- Collaborative spirit with a passion for fostering positive behavioral outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data accurately for each student’s progress
- Provide one-on-one support and interventions for students with behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral support
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance effectiveness
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
