Registered Behavior Technician in Burleson, TX

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience providing ABA services in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
• Ability to patiently manage challenging behaviors and adapt strategies as needed
• Collaborative spirit with a passion for fostering positive behavioral outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data accurately for each student’s progress
• Provide one-on-one support and interventions for students with behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral support
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance effectiveness
