Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other behavioral needs in school or similar environments
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor
• Ability to collect data and document student progress accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in behavioral health, psychology, education, or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and individualized strategies under supervision of a behavior analyst or special education team
• Provide 1:1 or group support for students during academic and non-academic activities
• Collect, record, and report data as directed to monitor student progress
• Collaborate with school staff and family members for goal setting and plan updates
• Foster a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
• Support students in developing functional skills, self-regulation, and effective communication
