Focused, one-on-one support is at the heart of this assignment as you partner with a kindergarten student, providing consistent guidance and impactful behavioral interventions throughout the school year.
What you bring:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with young children preferred
- Strong communication skills and patience in engaging with early childhood learners
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families
- Organizational skills to document and track student progress

What you’ll do:
- Deliver targeted behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior support plans in a structured classroom environment
- Monitor and record the student’s responses and behavioral changes
- Adapt strategies frequently to best support the student’s learning and social-emotional goals
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages student participation and progress
- Communicate daily with educational staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
