This full-time contract opportunity runs from ASAP until June 18th, 2026, with the potential for renewal. Focused, one-on-one support is at the heart of this assignment as you partner with a kindergarten student, providing consistent guidance and impactful behavioral interventions throughout the school year.

What you bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with young children preferred
  • Strong communication skills and patience in engaging with early childhood learners
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families
  • Organizational skills to document and track student progress
  • Genuine passion for fostering development and enriching student experiences

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver targeted behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans in a structured classroom environment
  • Monitor and record the student’s responses and behavioral changes
  • Adapt strategies frequently to best support the student’s learning and social-emotional goals
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages student participation and progress
  • Communicate daily with educational staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
