Grades 9 - 12 Grades 6 - 8 Registered Behavior Technician in Cambridge, MA

In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with students, implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Your expertise in supporting students with diverse needs will foster positive behavioral changes and promote academic and social growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Previous experience supporting students in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels (K-12)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain detailed data on student progress and follow established protocols
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to students in a 1:1 setting
• Implement strategies designed by supervising BCBA and instructional staff
• Track and report on student progress using accurate data collection methods
• Assist in classroom activities while maintaining a supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families regarding student needs
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to best practices in behavioral support
