Grades 6 - 8 1:1 RBT | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position in a school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to students across a range of grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and learning outcomes.
• Collect and document data to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with students across multiple grade levels (K-12).
• Ability to provide effective 1:1 therapeutic support.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
