Seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position in a school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to students across a range of grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and learning outcomes.
- Collect and document data to monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with students across multiple grade levels (K-12).
- Ability to provide effective 1:1 therapeutic support.
