• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or students on the autism spectrum or with special needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention to students under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data on student progress and behavior as directed
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support classroom staff and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
