Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Prior experience working with children or in school-based settings preferred
- Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to support student success
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Provide direct support to students to increase communication, academics, and social skills
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Attend team meetings and contribute to progress reports
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Position Details:
- Two full-time contract roles available
- Immediate start (ASAP) through the end of the school year (EOSY)
