Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or similar setting
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to follow direction and individualized support plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect accurate behavioral data in accordance with program requirements
  • Support classroom teachers and staff by modeling effective redirection strategies and positive behavior supports
  • Encourage student engagement and participation within the classroom setting
  • Provide clear, ongoing communication with team members and families as appropriate
  • Maintain thorough documentation related to student progress and interventions
