Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in schools or educational programs
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow individualized behavior intervention plans
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive student information

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one or small-group ABA interventions as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect, record, and report data on student behavior and progress
• Support classroom management and reinforce positive behaviors throughout the school day
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
• Adapt strategies to fit the unique needs and goals of each student
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
