Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly those with autism or developmental needs, is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of behavioral intervention techniques and ABA principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Compassion, adaptability, and a positive attitude in responding to students’ diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs, following best ABA practices.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes with accuracy and detail.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages students’ social, academic, and emotional skills.
• Provide encouragement and reinforcement to empower student independence and self-regulation.
• Communicate consistently with supervising BCBAs and school staff, sharing observations and participating in team meetings.
• Adapt strategies as necessary to best serve students’ evolving needs.
