Key Qualifications:

  • Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • Prior experience working with children or students with special needs, preferably in a school setting

  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Adaptable, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support students in 1:1 or small group settings by implementing behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress towards goals
  • Communicate observations and important updates to supervising BCBAs, teachers, and school staff
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure the well-being of each student
