Make a meaningful difference each day by supporting students in a dynamic educational environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this contract role, you'll work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to provide evidence-based behavioral interventions that help students succeed both academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT credential in good standing
  • Experience providing ABA services in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Comfortable tracking data and documenting progress
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavior support and ABA therapy to students as outlined in their treatment plans
  • Collect, record, and report behavioral data on student progress
  • Collaborate with BCBA supervisors, educators, and support staff
  • Participate in team meetings to review and refine intervention strategies
  • Model positive behavioral supports for staff and parents
  • Adapt interventions to fit individual student needs and classroom environments
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere within the school community
