Make a meaningful difference each day by supporting students in a dynamic educational environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this contract role, you'll work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to provide evidence-based behavioral interventions that help students succeed both academically and socially.
Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT credential in good standing
- Experience providing ABA services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Comfortable tracking data and documenting progress
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior support and ABA therapy to students as outlined in their treatment plans
- Collect, record, and report behavioral data on student progress
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors, educators, and support staff
- Participate in team meetings to review and refine intervention strategies
- Model positive behavioral supports for staff and parents
- Adapt interventions to fit individual student needs and classroom environments
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere within the school community
