Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and current license
• Experience supporting children or teens in school-based settings
• Confidence working with students 1:1 at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Familiarity with behavior intervention and data collection techniques
• Adaptable, compassionate, and collaborative approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions to students under supervision of BCBA or school leads
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect ongoing data on student progress
• Foster positive behaviors and teach coping/social skills in real-time
• Collaborate regularly with educators, counselors, and families to support each student’s goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
