Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification and registration

- Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document behavioral data for ongoing assessment and progress monitoring
- Implement behavior intervention plans to address diverse student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure effective interventions
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities
