• Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification in good standing
• Experience implementing ABA interventions in school or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and follow-through on individualized intervention plans

• Ability to demonstrate patience, adaptability, and positivity in all student interactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions, following established behavior support plans
