Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children in grades K–12, preferably in a school setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Ability to provide 1:1 support tailored to individual student needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document progress clearly
• Adaptable, patient, and committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and behavior interventions to assigned students
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom routines
• Support students with achieving IEP goals and maintaining constructive classroom behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as needed
