Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience supporting students in grades K–12 is highly valued
  • Proven competency in one-to-one (1:1) behavioral therapy or instructional settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Resilient, patient, and committed to fostering a positive educational environment
  • Ability to work independently while following established behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with assigned students to implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Support students across elementary, middle, and high school grades as assigned
  • Document data, track progress, and communicate observations to supervising staff
  • Collaborate with school personnel to promote student academic and social success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing plan adjustments
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
