Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Centennial, Wyoming

In this role, you’ll implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a certified Behavior Analyst, supporting students with autism and other behavioral challenges. Your empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail will shape positive classroom experiences and help students meet their goals.

What we’re seeking:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially those with autism or behavioral needs
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for supporting students’ growth

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral interventions in classroom and school settings
• Accurately collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve skills
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
