Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working with children and young adults with autism or related disorders is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and intervention strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, therapists, students, and families
• A passion for fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse classroom settings and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student behavior and progress
• Support students in meeting IEP goals, both inside and outside of the classroom
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavioral support
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your ABA skills
