Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) seeking a rewarding contract assignment in a supportive school environment near Central Falls, RI. As part of this dynamic team, you'll be matched 1:1 with students in ASD classrooms, making a meaningful difference in their educational and behavioral growth. Multiple positions are available for summer (ESY), current academic year (CYS), and preparations for the new school year (NSY).

What You’ll Contribute:

  • Active RBT certification and experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Commitment to providing individualized behavioral support and implementing treatment plans
  • Positive attitude, strong reliability, and a passion for helping students reach their potential
  • Collaborative mindset—comfortable communicating and working within the school’s established structures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one support to designated students in ASD classrooms, fostering a safe and productive learning environment
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies aligned with student-specific objectives and school protocol
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors, goals, and intervention outcomes
  • Maintain communication with school staff and, when applicable, support teams to optimize the success of behavioral programming

Flexible Scheduling and Unique Perks:

  • Consistent school schedule with 35 hours per week during the academic year (CYS)
  • Summer schedule (ESY): Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 12:00pm, with the opportunity to take on summer assignments
  • Expanded schedule of 40 hours per week for the upcoming fall
  • The assignment may be paused until the fall if BCBA support is required, allowing for flexible planning
