Registered Behavior Technician - Central Falls, RI

Take your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to the next level by supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a dynamic school environment near Central Falls, RI. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience in school settings, especially working with children with ASD, highly desirable
• Solid understanding of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and student needs
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students diagnosed with ASD
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress
• Collect data and report observations consistently
• Collaborate with classroom educators and staff to maximize student engagement
• Offer input and feedback on student needs, especially in the absence of BCBA support over the summer
• Follow all school policies and safety procedures

Position Highlights:

• Contracted schedule at 35 hours per week
• ESY program: 4 days per week, 8 am–12 pm with potential for 40 hours weekly starting this fall
