Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to implement treatment plans and collect data accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs in educational environments
- Positive, patient demeanor and genuine dedication to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Support students in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings
- Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data with attention to detail
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and success
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively with team members and families
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings as requested
