Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to implement treatment plans and collect data accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs in educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Support students in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings
• Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data with attention to detail
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and success
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with team members and families
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings as requested
