Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Central Falls, RI
Setting: School-Based (ASD Classrooms)
Schedule:

School Year: 35 hours/week
Fall Schedule: 40 hours/week
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required (BTs will not be considered)
Experience working with early elementary students (K–1 preferred)
Comfortable providing 1:1 support in ASD classroom settings
Safety Care certification is a plus
Must be comfortable with toileting and high-support needs
Must be comfortable working without BCBA supervision during CSY

Pay: $25+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details
1:1 assignments—each student in ASD classroom will have an RBT
Majority of students are Kindergarten and 1st grade
Opportunity for additional hours in future terms
Note: No BCBA support until the fall; candidates may be placed on hold until supervision is available
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 behavioral support to assigned student
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Support communication, social, and functional skill development
Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Collect and track behavioral data
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
