Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Ability to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support behavioral goals
• Track and record data on each student's progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to deliver consistent interventions
• Support classroom activities to create a positive, inclusive environment
• Receive ongoing supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress and needs
