Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational or behavioral health settings, is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, teachers, and families
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions as outlined in students’ behavior plans
- Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data during each session
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and staff to implement behavior strategies consistently
- Support students in developing social, behavioral, and academic skills
- Communicate regularly with the multidisciplinary team regarding student progress and needs
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth
