Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational or behavioral health settings, is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, teachers, and families
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed documentation

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions as outlined in students’ behavior plans
• Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data during each session
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and staff to implement behavior strategies consistently
• Support students in developing social, behavioral, and academic skills
• Communicate regularly with the multidisciplinary team regarding student progress and needs
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth
