What you’ll bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, especially in a school or therapeutic setting

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy within classroom and small group settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on students’ behavioral progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and the multidisciplinary team to develop supportive strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding student outcomes and challenges
