What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Valid state licensure to practice as an RBT
• Experience working with students in an educational setting, ideally from elementary through high school levels
• Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively
• Skilled in working 1:1 with children and adolescents
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach

What You'll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based ABA behavioral therapy and support to assigned students, primarily in a 1:1 setting
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school staff to optimize student success
• Collect and track student data, recording progress towards behavioral and academic goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors, school team members, and families
• Attend team meetings, providing feedback and insights regarding student progress
• Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions
