Make a meaningful impact in students' lives by providing crucial behavioral support as a Registered Behavior Technician. Work in a collaborative educational environment where you’ll have opportunities to support learners at the elementary, middle, and high school levels through 1:1 applied behavior intervention.

In this contract role, you'll deliver hands-on ABA services directly to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional success. You’ll be a key member of the student services team, working closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure each student receives tailored guidance and encouragement.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Valid licensure to practice as an RBT
  • Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
  • Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans in a 1:1 setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collect and record behavioral data accurately
  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote student progress and independence
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain best practices
  • Collaborate with families to support students’ goals both at school and home
