In this contract role, you'll deliver hands-on ABA services directly to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional success. You’ll be a key member of the student services team, working closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure each student receives tailored guidance and encouragement.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Valid licensure to practice as an RBT
- Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans in a 1:1 setting
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote student progress and independence
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain best practices
- Collaborate with families to support students’ goals both at school and home
