Key Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in school or pediatric environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and related service professionals
  • Adaptability to work with students of varying needs and ages in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Ability to maintain documentation and data collection with accuracy and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and behavioral interventions according to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs) and under the supervision of certified behavior analysts
  • Monitor and support behavior management plans in classroom and small-group environments
  • Collect data on student progress, maintain session notes, and participate in team meetings
  • Foster positive relationships with students, helping them build social, communication, and academic skills
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care
