Requirements for this role include:

  • Valid RBT certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in school or similar settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data collection
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a supportive, empathetic approach
  • Familiarity with best practices in student confidentiality and safety
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA-based interventions guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral targets
  • Support teachers and school staff in implementing positive behavior strategies
  • Provide behavioral supports that foster inclusion and student skill development
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input for student planning
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
  • Foster a respectful, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all students
